POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Sales / Business Development Manager, your role will be to showcase and sell the HubPro platform and services to brokers and financial institutions, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration for HubPro and other fintech solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the financial services, brokerage, and fintech sectors, building strong, lasting relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities, ensuring our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while actively monitoring sales performance and gathering client feedback to improve our offerings.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and its unique value propositions, and effectively communicate these benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with broader company objectives and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Represent Fintechcrafts at industry events such as expos, conferences, and trade shows, enhancing our brand and building a robust professional network.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successfully closing deals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of fintech solutions such as social trading platforms, SaaS products, or trading software for brokers.
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and present complex information in a clear, compelling manner.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, brokers, and service providers, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and insights to drive sales performance and improve decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the B2B fintech space, specifically with broker platforms or financial services technology.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and other technologies in the financial industry like MetaTrader, cTrader, or similar, and familiarity with API integrations.
- A background in selling whitelabel solutions to brokers or financial institutions.
