Marketing Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting Fintechcrafts’ products, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads in the fintech space. You’ll have the chance to work on exciting campaigns and strategies that drive engagement and grow our client base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Fintechcrafts’ products and solutions in the fintech industry, focusing on both lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and customer success) to create compelling messaging and marketing materials that align with product features and customer needs.
  • Create and manage content such as blogs, case studies, white papers, and newsletters that highlight the value of our solutions and engage the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance through KPIs and analytics tools, and report on campaign success while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and expos to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Work with external partners such as PR firms, digital agencies, and influencers to enhance Fintechcrafts’ reach and credibility in the market.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, ensuring that our products remain competitive in the fast-paced fintech landscape.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industries.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content for different channels and audiences.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and align marketing strategies with broader company objectives.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to refine marketing approaches and achieve growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B fintech marketing, with a strong understanding of the brokerage and financial services space.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to drive lead nurturing and segmentation.
  • Experience working with whitelabel software solutions and positioning products in competitive markets.
  • Fluency in any of the following: Russian, Greek, Arabic, Cantonese
